CLOGSAG THREATENS STRIKE IN TWO WEEKS OVER DELAYED CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

This is because CLOGSAG, which is Civil and Local Government Staff Association, is posing a strike on the government for a new salary structure and better condition for its members, but the image there is just a picture of CLOGSAG’s logo. However, it tells the audience that CLOGSAG is the main focus which makes the image fit for the headline in a way.
